What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments via PayPal, which allows you to securely pay using your PayPal account or with a credit/debit card via PayPal without creating an account.
What is your shipping policy?
- Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time)
- Order Handling Time: 1-2 Business Days (Monday - Friday)
- Delivery Time: 2-3 Business Days (Monday - Friday)
- Shipping Carrier: Trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, and Royal Mail.
- Shipping Costs: Free shipping on all orders.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website or through the Track Your Order page on our website.
What should I do if my package is lost?
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Verify the shipping address.
- Check all possible delivery locations.
- Ask neighbors or family members if they accepted the package.
- Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.
If the package is declared lost, contact us at info@bestyama.store with your order number, and we will reship your order or issue a refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
What do I do if I received a defective or incorrect item?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 8 days of delivery. Include a photo of the item and your order number when reaching out to info@bestyama.store. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund.
Can I return a product?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Contact us at info@bestyama.store to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, regardless of the reason for the return.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and verifying the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Why haven’t I received my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are usually sent 1-2 business days after shipping. Please check your spam folder or search for "Bestyama" in your email inbox.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
